Terms of service
These terms are between GlamBug Mart Private Limited ("we", "us") and the business that installs GlamBug Warehouse Connect ("you"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. They sit alongside our privacy policy.
1. The service
The app connects your Shopify store to our silver jewellery catalogue. It lists our products in your store at the price you set, keeps stock up to date, sends us the orders that include our products, and returns tracking details. It is for businesses. To use it you need a supplier account with us, which you connect with the code we give you. If you do not have one, you can ask for one from the app.
2. Plans and fees
- Free: no charge. Product pictures carry the GlamBug icon, and parcels leave under the GlamBug name and phone number.
- White label: $50 per month, billed by Shopify, with a 7-day free trial. Product pictures carry your logo, parcels leave under your business name and phone number, and your own branded packaging can be used. You can cancel at any time from the app; Shopify's billing terms apply to the charge.
- Your wallet: goods are paid for from your GlamBug wallet at your GlamBug price. A flat delivery charge of ₹100 per package is added to each order. If the wallet cannot cover an order, the order is recorded and held, and is released once you top up.
3. Orders
- We forward only the items that are ours and in stock. Items you list yourself are never touched.
- An order is sent to us once it is paid. A cash on delivery order is sent only after it has been marked paid.
- Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped across India. You are responsible for the delivery details given on the order.
- You set your own prices and are responsible for your store, your customers, your taxes and your customer service.
4. Returns
Goods sold are final: we do not accept returns of products sold. The one exception is an item that arrives damaged or is not what was ordered. Send that claim from your account (not from your customer), with a video of the parcel being opened.
5. Your logo and content
If you upload a logo, you confirm you have the right to use it. You allow us to place it on product pictures and documents for your store while you are on the White label plan.
6. Using the app properly
Use the app lawfully, give us accurate information, and do not interfere with the service or try to reach data that is not yours. We may suspend the service if fees are unpaid or these terms are broken.
7. Ending the service
You can uninstall the app at any time. We then stop updating your store. Products already published in your store stay there until you delete them. Our handling of your data after uninstalling is described in the privacy policy.
8. Our responsibility
We work to keep the service running and accurate, but it is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the three months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms, and will update the date above. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept it.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
